PUTRAJAYA: Heavy vehicles are barred from using all roads for two days from midnight Friday to avoid congestion as motorists return after Aidilfitri festivities.
However, exceptions will be made for lorries carrying critical and essential goods, Road Transport Department Director-General Datuk Solah Mat Hassan said Friday.
