PETALING JAYA: Puspakom said that between 25% and 60% of commercial vehicles checked in the Klang Valley failed their road-worthiness test, and not 80% as previously reported.
"This percentage changes depending on the condition of the vehicles present for checks on any given day.
"For tests conducted from Sept 4, the percentage of vehicles which failed were between 22% and 60%," Puspakom said in a statement.
"Puspakom always ensures all checks are conducted according to procedure and standards which have been set by the Road Transport Department (JPJ)," it said. For further information or clarification, call 1-800-88-6927, go to e-Aduan at www.puspakom.com.my
