KUCHING: Puspakom is currently constructing additional lanes to speed up its vehicle inspection process at all branches nationwide.
Its Communications and Customer Service Department said some of its branches would also be relocated for better accessibility.
“The recently upgraded branches include Sungai Besar in Selangor and Mak Mandin in Penang.
“Branches like Sri Manjung and Ipoh in Perak, Labuan and Keningau in Sabah and Sri Aman in Sarawak would be relocated to serve our customers better,” it said in a statement yesterday.
It said Puspakom also had its Premier Mobile Inspection (PMI) service, which offers inspections outside its 72 branches at locations specified by customers.
It added that it would only take one day for initial inspection and one hour for routine inspection, re-inspection, special inspection, transfer ownership inspection and voluntary inspection.
